In2Adventure Event Providers Registration
In2Adventure would like to welcome all our event partners to the ‘New Event Normal‘ for 2020 and the future of off-road events in Australia.
As part of our Covid Safe Event Plan we require all Event Partners to ensure that ALL STAFF who will be on-site during the Event Bump-in, Event Days and Event Bump-out register their details on the form below.
Security and Privacy
Your information will not be released to the public or shared with any third party except the government agency responsible to contact people who may have been exposed to COVID-19 or where otherwise required for the purposes of contact tracing.
Site Safety
Please ensure that you have read the Covid-19 information page on the event website and that your team has been briefed on your own Covid Safe Plan whilst you will be working at the event.
Statement of Compliance
Where applicable all Stall Holders and Vendors must display a valid Statement of Compliance.
Site Setup
Please ensure that you arrive on site and are setup ready to go at least 30 minutes before ‘Registration’ opens on the day, check the Event Website – Timetable for event times.
Vehicles
Vehicles are not to be driven on the event site from 30 minutes before Registration opens until 30 minutes after the Event Closes. Vehicles must remain parked, preferably in the car park area for the duration of the event.
Facilities
Most event sites are in bush locations and include portable toilets, onsite catering during the event only, limited access to power and fresh water. Please ensure that you have checked the ‘General Event Info’ documentation sent to you and that you have sourced your own power and water supply for the event if required.
Bump In/Out
Outside of event days most sites are closed to the general public, if you require access prior to the event please arrange and coordinate this with the event team. You will be required to be escorted by an event team member whilst on site during these times.
